Shania comes from an extensive background in Office and Human Resource Management with her Associate's Degree in Business Administration. She's currently working towards her Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies from Grand Valley State University. As the office manager, Shania oversees the overall coordination of a large variety of resources and services that enable our office to run effectively.
Shania loves challenging herself with new projects and learning new skills within the financial industry. She enjoys spending time with her two kids, riding horses, and enjoying farm life.
